1. Purpose and access
Local CRM Tasks Bridge is a privately maintained desktop integration for transferring the authorized user's Google Tasks entries into a local CRM. It is not a publicly offered hosted service or a substitute for Google Tasks.
2. User authorization
To use the synchronization feature, the user must authorize access through Google's OAuth process. The Google Tasks read/write permission allows the application to read tasks and delete an original item after successful local import. The user may revoke the permission through Google Account settings at any time.
3. Synchronization and task deletion
The tool is designed to save each imported task into the local CRM before requesting remote deletion. The user understands that removing a Google Task after import is an intentional part of the workflow. The local CRM becomes the primary location for managing that imported task. Users should maintain backups of important local data and review the imported items.
4. Responsible use
The utility may be used only with a Google account that the user owns or is authorized to access. Users must follow Google API policies and applicable law. No unauthorized account access, data extraction, or redistribution is permitted.
5. Availability
This utility is provided for private use without service-level commitments. Operation depends on the installed CRM, local device, network connectivity, and availability of the Google Tasks API. Features may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn.
