1. About this application
Local CRM Tasks Bridge is a privately operated desktop utility intended for an authorized user of a locally installed CRM. Its public website provides information about the utility; it is not a web-hosted CRM and does not offer registration or task storage.
2. Google data the application accesses
After you approve Google OAuth authorization, the desktop integration may access Google Tasks lists and tasks, including task titles, notes, completion status, identifiers, dates, and other fields returned by the Google Tasks API. The requested OAuth scope is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks, which also authorizes editing and deletion of Google Tasks.
3. Why the information is used
Google Tasks data is used solely to display and import tasks into the user's local CRM and to prevent duplicate imports. After a successful, committed local import, the corresponding Google Task may be deleted as part of the requested clean-up workflow. The integration does not use Google Tasks data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or training AI models.
4. Storage and transfers
The integration is designed to store imported task information in a local SQLite database on the user's computer. The CRM database is not uploaded to this website or a developer-operated cloud server. Google API requests are sent directly between the local application and Google's services over HTTPS. OAuth credentials and tokens are intended to remain on the local device and to be protected using appropriate platform storage mechanisms.
5. Sharing and third parties
Google Tasks data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to data brokers, advertising networks, or other third parties. Google processes API calls and account authorization according to Google's own terms and privacy policies. Cloudflare may process ordinary requests to this public informational website, such as IP addresses and request metadata, as the hosting infrastructure; the website has no account login, analytics scripts, contact form, or task-upload endpoint.
6. Retention, deletion, and control
- Remote tasks: Once imported successfully and confirmed in the local CRM, the corresponding item may be deleted from Google Tasks. A failed import must not trigger remote deletion.
- Local tasks: Imported tasks and import history remain in the user's local CRM until removed according to that application's local data management features.
- OAuth access: Users can revoke access at Google Account → Third-party connections. Revoking access stops future API synchronization but does not automatically erase previously imported local CRM tasks.
7. Security
The integration is intended to use HTTPS, limited Google Tasks permissions, local data storage, and duplicate-import safeguards. As with any locally installed software, the user should protect their device and maintain appropriate local backups. No security system can guarantee absolute protection.
8. Changes to this policy
Any material change in the app's collection or use of Google data should be reflected in this policy and, where required, in the application's authorization experience before the changed behavior is introduced.
9. Contact
For privacy or access questions, contact the developer using the support email listed for Local CRM Tasks Bridge on the Google OAuth consent screen. This utility is maintained for limited private use.
